Its time to start thinking about the Raglan Classic Car and Rock n Roll Festival. On Saturday the 12th February there will be a mystery run leaving from the Raglan Sports Ground on Cross St.  And on Saturday night its time to dress the part for The Hop, with music from Famous Fish.  The main static display event in Bow St Raglan will run from 9am to 3pm on Sunday February 13th.  The event gets under way with a breakfast session for entrants at $15 a head at 7.30am.  And during the day a variety of individual and commercial stalls will operate in Bow St.  Event liaison person Linda Cole says that Raglan can only accommodate two hundred cars in Bow Street so registrations are limited.  And as this is the fourth year the event has been held, and interest is even stronger, she suggests registering early to avoid disappointment.  Registration is $30 per vehicle.  Linda says that it will not be possible to register on the day.

Raglan Plunket and Trust Waikato Raglan Surf Life Saving are the designated charities for the Classic Car and Rock n Roll Festival.
