Karioi Classic news
The 11th edition of Raglan’s iconic cycling event on gravel roads around Mt Karioi will be on September 27th. (Registrations are paused till September 6th).
There will be a few changes regarding course layout.
The Classic will be extended to 50km and the Enduro has a new course direction.
We will no longer include the 57km option.
The Enduro is only recommended for the fit and experienced riders.
Cost :
Individual u16 : $40 (Classic) $75 (Enduro)
Individual Open : $50 (Classic) $85 (Enduro)
Tandem Teams : $85 (Classic) $165 (Enduro)

Races will start at 8.30am (Enduro) – 9.30am (Classic).
Start will be on Stewart Street in front of the Old School Arts Centre.
Finish will be at Raglan Airfield.
Race numbers can be picked up from the Old School Arts Centre on Saturday, 1pm – 5pm
or on race day from 7am.
Mind you : both distances are challenging, but rewarding rides.
50km riders need to be able to finish within 4.5 hours.
Enduro riders need to be able to finish within 6 hours.
The first male and female rider of each distance will receive a cash prize.
