Election results indicate that Lisa Thomson will be returned as Raglan councillor

With most votes counted by Saturday 12th October, the results indicate that Lisa Thomson will be returned as Raglan councillor. And Waikato District Council says

Progress election results indicate that Allan Sanson will likely be elected/re-elected as Waikato District Council mayor.

Progress results are showing a greater voter turnout at the 2019 Waikato district election than that seen at the 2013 and 2016 elections (about 30%).

  • HOLL, Matt 202
  • THOMSON, Lisa 1240

And for Raglan Community Board while the top five seem clear, the sixth position is too close to call and might go to any of the 3 lower polling candidates. Local business owner Satnam Bains and Gabrielle Parson are coming top equal with the most votes.
