Rescue helicopter takes Raglan man to hospital after fall at Karamu

The Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to a farm West of Hamilton on Saturday 27th January.  A 39 year old Raglan man who was lead climbing on a regularly used limestone cliff formation, on the farm near Karamu, fell approximately six metres injuring his back.

The man was stabilised and flown to Waikato Hospital for further treatment.
