NZTA has taken the unusual step of posting a Public Event Caution on SH 23 due to traffic going to Raglan for the Soundsplash Event.
WHAT: Delays May Be Experienced By Road Users Due To The Soundsplash Festival Taking Place In Raglan From Friday To Sunday 22 January. Additional Traffic May Cause Minor Delays.
WHERE: SH 23 Hamilton To Raglan
UNTIL: Until further notice
Local reports indicate that there are delays on Wainui Road from Raglan township to the wainui Reserve where Soundsplash is being held.
So as NZTA says, “CAUTION”.
