Waikato District Council phone and email systems are fully restored this week after temporary difficulties on Friday afternoon last week (23 September).
The Council’s General Manager Customer Support Sue Duignan says, “The Council was able to receive calls on only half its normal number of lines and was unable to respond to emails on Friday afternoon. Our systems were cleared over the weekend and outstanding messages responded to this morning. However, if any customers were unable to get through to us for any reason on Friday afternoon, or have not already heard from us as might be expected, we would be very pleased if they would contact us again.”
