The Waikato District Council has now announced when parts of Bow Street will be closed for repair work. Note though that only parts of Bow Street at any one time allowing vehicle access either in Bow Street or via Bankart Street. In Council’s notice below, ‘West Bound’ means the Town Hall side of Bow Street and ‘East Bound’ means the Harbour View side of Bow Street. ‘Bottom’ means TradeAid end.

Temporary Road Closure Bow Street
Notice is hereby given that the Waikato District Council, for the purpose of upgrading of the raised crossings, will close the Road to ordinary vehicular traffic from the date listed below for a 3 week period,. Alternative routes will be identified and forwarded to Emergency Services.
