Raglan’s oldest society began 114 years ago – and it’s still going strong today. The Raglan Horticulture Society meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 1pm in the Union Church Hall on Stewart Street.
Each meeting welcomes a guest speaker and features a sales table, display table, raffle and competitions. It’s a great opportunity to meet with fellow green-fingered folk, swap ideas and growing tips, and pick up seedlings and cuttings for your garden.
Speakers lined up for the following month’s meetings are Bronwyn Lowe from Raglan’s Herbal Dispensary (21 June) and photographer Richard Gemmell who will be talking about his recent trip to India (19 July).
