Mar 5: Ramblers take an extra walk around Morrinsville

On Saturday 5th March Raglan Ramblers are heading to Morrinsville for an extra walk. It will leave at 8am on Saturday from the Wainui Rd carpark.

On the way there, the Ramblers will be walk up Pukemokemoke (a 40ha remnant of kauri/ hard beech forest, rising from 20m to 166m).

Then when they reach Morrinsville they will walk round the Herd of Cows art trail http://herdofcowsmorrinsville.co.nz/, visit the Morrinsville A&P Show ($8 –

This walk will start at 8am, Wednesdays from Wainui Rd car park (next to Raglan Fire Station).  There is no membership – the only cost is 10 cents per km to share travel costs.  Details from John 825 7866.   Check out Raglan Ramblers on Facebook
