The new AGA Turkish Cuisine takeaways and restaurant has had a very successful first week. Owner Yasar Kaplan says that the new business has been very busy with their kebabs, pitta pockets, wraps and gourmet burgers being sought after. In addition they have chips and rice meals plus a few specialities such as Iskender- lamb and chicken on pita croutons with creamy tomato sauce and a side salad. And of course as you might expect there is flame grilled shish kebab.
The AGA Turkish Cuisine restaurant at 29 Bow Street is open seven days from 10am to 9pm. You’ll find it between LJ Hooker and Namaste Kitchen. There are also branches in Whangaparoa, Warkworth and Paeroa.
