New Zealand Police | 5 Wi Neera Street | PO Box 10 | RAGLAN 3225

Hi all

Here’s the latest bulletin.

We’ve been busy at the station with reduced staff, sickness, days off and no relief staff available to come over and man the station. Most of the recent jobs we’ve been dealing with have involved young people 14-20. Thefts, burglaries, shop lifting, driving complaints. These jobs are time and labour intensive, and not much fun.

I would like to hear from anyone who witnessed a car crash on Friday 03/07/2015 just after 5pm on Wainui Road, outside the liquor store. The offending vehicle reversed from angle parking into the path of another vehicle which was heading south on Wainui Road. It then left the crash scene prior to Police attendance. If it was you driving, you need to contact the station. Consider how you would feel if someone smashed into your vehicle, damaging it, then took off.
Stay safe.
