All three Raglan emergency services were called out just before 11am on Friday 28th when a car went off Wainui Rd into Raglan Harbour. The driver managed to get herself free from her partly submerged car today after it gone into the Raglan Harbour. The car had gone off the road and plunged four metres down a bank into the harbour.
Constable Cowley said woman driving the car was the sole occupant. She suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Raglan medical centre by St John Ambulance.
A tow truck started recovering the vehicle, which was on its roof and partly submerged just after noon.
