Aussie Placemaking guru, David Engwicht will be back in Raglan on Saturday February 22nd for a workshop in the Raglan Town Hall Supper Room. Betty Connolly, Senior Policy Planner at Waikato District Council says that this workshop follows on from David’s first Placemaking workshop in November 2013.
Raglan’s first Placemaking project, the Library linger node was completed in December. The second workshop with David which is expected to lead onto developing more community projects if that is what the Raglan community agrees on.
The second workshop is on Saturday February 22nd . The aim of the workshop is for the community to evaluate and decide on projects, plan the process and requirements and move onto implement these projects at a date to be decided by you. The venue is the Raglan Town Hall commencing at 9.30am and continuing during the day. Tea and coffee will be provided.
