Raglan Chamber of Commerce members attended an After Five event in the Raglan Museum on the evening of Thursday 3rd October to catch up with how the i-SITE and Museum are going. Members received an overview on i-SITE operations from Kim Bredenbeck, Manager of Waikato Enterprise Agency, who operate the Raglan i-SITE. Then there was an opportunity for member feedback with requests ranging from an update of the visitor map to longer opening hours in summer. RCoC members Charlie Young and Stephanie Philp then covered opportunities for marketing and integration.
Raglan i-SITE team leader, Te Aronui then gave an outline of the way enquiries for accommodation and activities are handled. Museum member, Rodger Gallagher then gave an update on museum marketing, activities, progress and the museum’s next big project, the Bird Family/ Ngati Tahinga Collection of artefacts.
Thanks.
