With 70 people packing the Banteay Srey restaurant last night for the Tuesday Buffet, the fabulous smorgasbord at a good price is a secret no more. Owner Mai joined by Stan are providing the right menu at the right price to attract Raglanders out on Tuesday nights.
Doors open at 5pm with the buffet served from 6pm. Last night the meal began with a soup of orange, carrot and coconut along with toasted slices of baguette. After that the main buffet featured stuffed roast pork, oven baked salmon, chicken with cashews plus some others that I didn’t manage to sample. Next for dessert came a choice from six dessert creations by Stan. I tried two of them, the cheesecake and the chocolate cake. Delicious.
All this plus a free drink of your choice for $28 per adult. No wonder the restuarant was packed!
Overall on Value for Money I gave Banteay Srey Buffet night a Ten out of Ten for an excellent meal and service.
