In a sign of the challenging times facing Raglan retailers, the Splurge variety store in Bow Street Raglan, closed at the weekend. The Splurge sign was taken down on Sunday and the shop fittings packed away and removed by a carrier.
Spurge will continue to trade from its Dinsdale shop.
