With the lease expiring for Scintilla Clothing’s Raglan store the decision was made to close the store. This is the end of an era with the closure of Scintilla’s first store. The Raglan store will be closing its doors at the end of October. From Labour weekend the store has had a sale of end of lines and samples. The last days of the sale have been frantic.
While Scintilla will be missed in Raglan, Scintilla’s other stores including the Hamilton Store will remain open. The staff from the Raglan store will relocate to the Hamilton store. It is understood that a new retailer will open in the former Scintilla premises.
