Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991
Waikato District Council has received the following application:
Applicant: Raglan Land Company Ltd
Proposal: Application for a Resource Consent to undertake a subdivision in the rural zone to create 16 rural residential allotments, two lots to vest as road , one access lot and four lots to be held together (balance land) from a certificate of title dated 16 June 2008.
Location: 15 Te Ahiawa Road, Raglan
Lots 21 and 22 DP 398525 comprised in Certificate of Title 393007
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
